Hi Jerry You may already have the answer you want but this comes from a non print person. You can purchase mount boards from Jane Jacobsen. These have been purchased from CACCA and will probably be the cheapest you can find. They are black on one side, white on the other. 99+% of the time, the black side displays your image best. They border is not a requirement. Most people do use a border as a way of improving the general appeal. Some judges care, some do not. There are many ways of mounting your image. The only rule is that your image must fit on the standard size mount. If you call Betty she is more than happy to help you through the process. The club supplies a sticker that you must fill out and put on the back of the board. I guess we really do need to get all these rules on the website so all can learn or be reminded.
