| Special Competitions
Special competitions are special because the members suggest and vote on the topics at our annual banquet. Topics may be common things we all like to photograph or something that just sounds different and allows us to try something new. Only two images per photographer are allowed to be entered in each category. These images may have been taken at any time, but should not have been previously entered in a SCCC competition.The special subjects for upcoming club year are:
The President's ContestThe subject for the President's Trophy is selected by the club President each year and is announced at the annual banquet. The competition is held at the final meeting of the year before our banquet and the summer hiatus. Each member may enter four photographs (slides and/or prints) which must be taken after May, 2010. The winner may not repeat as winner for 2 years.The subject for the 2011 - 12 President's Trophy is: "Close Up." |
