Messenger Woods	Spring	Free	Enter the park and drive as far back (North) as you can. Follow the trail over the bridge then take the less visible trail off to the left. Keep heading back until you see a small creek. The Bluebells are across this stream. Check out their web site and download the Spring Wildflower guide (under Maps & Brochures.) NOTE: Be prepared to walk through water and mud!

Lake Katherine	Spring - Fall	Free	Nice location with a man-made waterfall. There is a Blue Heron and a Green Heron that are regulars.
